I do appreciate that when I asked to change my appointment on short notice, I was accommodated. When the movers arrived, the majority of items were already staged by the front door. The guys started unloading and it kind of felt like a slow drag — instead of stacking boxes on a dollie, they were being carried off the truck one by one. I was hoping for more transparent billing, more care with my items, and more efficiency.”
